3. Commissions & Payments

Affiliates earn a 30% commission on each sale made through their unique affiliate link.Commissions are recurring for subscription renewals.Payments are made on a monthly basis, subject to reaching the minimum payout threshold of $50.Payments are processed via PayPal, bank transfer, or another agreed-upon method.If a customer requests a refund, the commission for that sale will be deducted from your earnings.

4. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Spectrum Digital using their unique affiliate link on websites, social media, blogs, email marketing, and other legitimate channels.Affiliates must not engage in spam, misleading advertisements, or unauthorized promotions.Affiliates cannot use paid search ads (e.g., Google Ads) that bid on Spectrum Digital’s brand name.Any false or misleading claims about Spectrum Digital’s services are strictly prohibited.

5. Affiliate Link Usage

You will receive a unique referral link upon approval.You may share your affiliate link in compliance with these terms.Self-referrals are not allowed.

6. Account Termination

Spectrum Digital reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account if any of the following occurs:

Violation of these Terms and Conditions.Fraudulent activities or attempts to manipulate commissions.Any form of unethical marketing or brand misrepresentation.Failure to generate sales for an extended period.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use Spectrum Digital’s branding and promotional materials for marketing purposes.Affiliates may not alter Spectrum Digital’s logos, trademarks, or promotional materials without written permission.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Spectrum Digital does not guarantee any specific earnings.We are not responsible for any financial loss, system errors, or disruptions affecting affiliate tracking.Spectrum Digital reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
